Melt-in-your-mouth, fall-off-the-bone ribs with a sweet & smoky kick β and the crockpot does all the work! π—π Ingredients:2 cups your favorite Barbecue Sauce2 tbsp brown sugar3 cloves garlic, freshly minced2 tsp Worcestershire sauce1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for heat πΆοΈ)4 to 5 lbs baby back ribs—π©βπ³ Instructions:STEP 1:In a ziplock bag, combine barbecue sauce, brown sugar, garlic, Worcestershire, and cayenne (if using).STEP 2:Seal the bag and knead with your hands until everything is well mixed. Add the ribs inside, close, and shake to coat them fully.STEP 3:Spray the inside of your crockpot, then place the ribs inside. Pour about ΒΎ of the sauce mixture over the ribs, making sure theyβre covered.STEP 4:Cook:On HIGH for 4β5 hours (super tender, fall-off-the-bone).On LOW for 7 hours (tender but stays on the bone).On LOW for 9 hours (ultra-soft fall-off-the-bone).STEP 5:Optional β Brush with extra sauce and broil for 3β4 minutes for a sticky, caramelized finish. π₯
