Pillowy gnocchi tossed in a rich tomato cream sauce, topped with fresh basil, parmesan, and gooey burrata cheese… Comfort food doesn’t get better than this! 🤌🇮🇹—📝 Ingredients:1 lb potato gnocchi (store-bought or homemade)2 tbsp olive oil3 garlic cloves, minced1 small onion, finely chopped1 can (15 oz) crushed tomatoes½ cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)½ tsp chili flakes (optional)1 tsp dried oregano½ tsp smoked paprikaSalt & black pepper, to taste2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped1 ball burrata cheeseFreshly grated parmesan (for serving)—👩‍🍳 Directions:1. Cook gnocchi in salted boiling water until they float. Drain and set aside.2. Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté onion & garlic until fragrant.3. Add crushed tomatoes, oregano, paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Simmer 8–10 min.4. Stir in heavy cream → sauce turns creamy.5. Toss in gnocchi and coat well.6.
