Glazed Honey Lime Salmon with Pineapple
Juicy salmon fillets glazed with a sweet-tangy honey lime sauce and topped with caramelized pineapple. Tropical, refreshing, and absolutely irresistible! ποΈπ—π Ingredients (4 servings)For the Salmon:π 4 salmon fillets (6 oz / 170 g each, skin-on)π§ Salt & black pepperπ« 2 tbsp olive oil (or butter)For the Honey Lime Glaze:π― 1/4 cup honeyπ 3 tbsp fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)π 1 tsp lime zestπ§ 2 cloves garlic, mincedπΆοΈ 1/2 tsp red chili flakes (optional)π§ 1 tbsp soy sauce or fish sauceFor the Pineapple:π 1 1/2 cups pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)π« 1 tbsp olive oilπΏ Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)—π©βπ³ Instructions1. Prep Salmon: Pat fillets dry, season with salt & pepper.2. Caramelize Pineapple: Sear pineapple in 1 tbsp oil until golden, remove & set aside.3. Make Glaze: Whisk honey, lime juice, zest, garlic, soy sauce, chili flakes.4. Cook Salmon: Heat oil, sear skin-side down 4β5 min, flip, cook 2β3 min.5. Glaze & Combine: Pour glaze over salmon, simmer 2β3 min, spoon sauce on top. Add pineapple back in and toss gently.6. Serve: Plate salmon, top with glaze & pineapple, garnish with cilantro & lime wedges.
